Magnus Development Partners Leases 50,000 Square Feet of Warehouse Space to Unum Group.
Magnus Development Partners is pleased to announce the lease of 50,000 square feet of warehouse space at Midway Logistics IV to Unum Group.
Unum is a market leader in group and individual disability benefits, one of the largest providers of group and voluntary workplace benefits, and a growing dental and vision carrier. Unum is expected to occupy the space by February 2020.
“Magnus Development Partners is excited to welcome Unum Group as our first tenant in the speculative industrial building,” said Bill Owen, partner with Magnus Development. “We continue to see demand for our Class “A” building within the park and expect to lease the remaining 150,000 square feet in 2020.”
Midway Logistics IV is the newest speculative building in Lexington County Industrial Park (LCIP). It is adjacent to Midway Logistics III, a 200,000 square foot building developed by Magnus and currently leased to Garden State Lumber and Scholastic Book Fairs.
