Magnus Development Partners continues the development momentum in 2020 with the groundbreaking of Midway Logistics VI, a new 192,780 square-foot spec industrial building located in the Lexington County Industrial Park.

Midway Logistics VI is a Class “A”, hard wall multi-tenant industrial building situated on 27.5 acres. The state-of-the-art facility will feature energy efficient LED lighting throughout, a high pressure ESFR fire suppression system, a 32-foot minimum clear height, 31 dock doors, 2 oversized drive-in doors, and an abundance of trailer parking. The building’s flexible design accommodates tenants ranging from as small as 34,020 square feet and as large as the entire building footprint.

“This is the sixth spec building completed by the principals of Magnus Development within the Lexington County Industrial Park (LCIP), said Kevin Werner, Partner with Magnus. “We are committed to being the leading developer of industrial buildings throughout the Midlands region and will continue to invest in areas such as Lexington County that are experiencing significant growth”. Other major projects recently delivered within LCIP include the Midway Logistics V building, a 180,000 square-foot Class “A” build-to-suit project occupied by Kardex-Remstar, the 68,000 SF food grade manufacturing facility for Dominos, and the recently occupied Midway Logistics IV Building.
